Using the macOS Version 8 (8.22.25217.12452, 2025-08-05), while creating toolbars, keyboard shortcuts, etc., I created some toolbars (“Containers”) to try things out, and now cannot delete them. When deleting them, then closing Rhino, and then re-opening Rhino, all of them reappear. How can I permanently delete them?

Yes, we have that on the list as RH-84019 Container cannot be deleted

Is that resolved in Rhino 9 WIP? I plan to upgrade from V7 to V9, and I have plenty of customized toolbars that I would like to transfer with no issues.
This is about macOS, and in V8, saving and loading containers (toolbars) works. The problem is one cannot delete self-made containers (toolbars).
I did a full reset also regarding the other issue. The other issue is still unresolved.
