I managed to get the html file to run, and I copy/paste it into a new URL window…and it works on my computer. Then I went and emailed that link to a customer, and it doesn’t show up as a clickable link in the email. Will they be able to copy paste it into their web browser and see the video? Here’s the copied link in case anyone wants to see if it shows up on their browser?

Assuming you are talking about results created with the Rhino command RecordAnimation you should use file explorer to find the .html file and all the image files for your animation. These are in the folder you specified while using the RecordAnimation command.
Zip all these files and send that to your client. Your client can then extract all these files and open the .html file in their own browser.
edit: alternatively if you have a website under your control you could upload the files created by RecordAnimation to your website, then share the link to the .html file to your client.
