Can`t load embedded model to web page

Here the thing:
I`m made a grasshopper solution and it work well on a shapediver webeditor. As soosn as I make it embedded to a web page it fail to render scene and gives this error:

Is this integration new or did you implement it a long time ago and it stopped working as expected?
I am asking because your application relies on the version 2 of the ShapeDiver viewer, which is outdated. Support for this version of the viewer will stop on June 21st.

My recommendations would be, in this order:

  1. Try to update to the latest supported version of viewer 2 (it is version 2.40.0). This should just mean changing the version number in your application. This might already solve your issue.
  2. If this does not work, and in any case as a future-proof recommendation, I would strongly suggest you migrate your application to viewer 3. You can read this guide about how to do this migration.
