Can Rhino create a mould shape from a product

My file contain a concrete product and I have drawn a flat plate with the same area. Can Rhino map the grooves and holes to the plate.
Thanks

what do you mean by ‘map’? can you make a sketch of the result you are after?

Hello Gijs,
In my attached file, the concrete product has 2 grooves. I want to add 2 flat bars with the same size of these grooves to the plate at correct location.
Similarly, the concrete product has a lot of holes on top. I want to add the same number of round bars with length equal to the thickness of the concrete product and the same diameter at the right location.
Is any special function or command of Rhino can do this?

This could be an approach:

Seems like, if the holes were not composed of two cylinders on the original block, you could just move the back face in to whatever thickness you like and be done…?

Hello Gijs,
At the video time 00:36, you use Dupfaceborder and 9 borders had been selected, at 00:37 you deselected the big square border and then only 8 circle curves remained. How could you do it? Any control key etc
Thanks

I knew it. After you had duplicated 9 borders, you hold the control key and click the biggest border to remove selection.
