Can not upload and save definition

WIth the latest version, the model says it has succesfully uploaded, but the save button is greyed out, if I swith to the older platform I receive the following errors

There is a known small bug for models that have a long title, what you need is to shorten the model slug in the edit settings and the Save button will become available:
