Can not divide, split, trim this model

Hello, I got this model from Sketchup hardware and converted to NURBS. However, now I can not modify this one. Can somebody please help me with this?

Difficult to do anything without the file and some instructions as to what you want to do that is not working…

Hello - the object is converted from a mesh and not a very good mesh (for our purposes) at that, it looks like - there are many non-manifold edges, for example - this does not look too difficult to reproduce as a proper surface model - if you need to manipulate it, I would just do that.
