Can I convert Closed Brep to surface element?

Hi,
Can someone help me with converting closed Brep to the surface component?
I created a facade element using closed Brep and now I’d like to create 3d elements on the facade. For this, I need the base surface, but cannot get it form the Brep…

At best, you can use Deconstruct Brep to get surfaces as faces but a rectangular Closed Brep will always be composed of more than one surface.
