Camera Rotation parameter in RC

Hi,

I am looking for possibility to change Rotation parameter of the camera in RhinoCommon (See enclosed)
I have found method Viewport.Rotate but then I need to know what is the initial rotation angle.

seems to rotate without knowing the initial angle, or did i misunderstood the question ?
