2 bugs:
1.main rhino window disappears boolean diff
2. can’t edit dxf export features

I have seen this quite often as well. In full screen mode it just goes completely black. Seems it happens when I right click an icon in the main tool bar or tried to hold click to open a cascade.
I am on a 2019 intel mbp.
@joncollierjunk - what mac os version are you running? We had some disappearing window behavior here, that might or might not be related to running Ventura.

Ventura 13.6.1, it also happens when I edit the tool bar by dragging a copy of an icon to another tool bar.
@joncollierjunk a couple of questions:
Does this also happen when you run _BooleanDifference by typing the command?
Does this also happen in a new file, or is this file specific? If it is the latter, pls send us the file
As for the dxf issue, does this happen on every file? If not, pls send a sample file where this problem shows, thanks
@john19 your issue seems a different one. Pls run _SystemInfo in Rhino and post back the results. Does it happen in a new file as well, or is this file specific?
It’s happened across a few different files. It doesn’t feel file specific.
I upgraded to 8.1.233… yesterday but the same happened with this version as well.
When it happens I command tab to another application and command tab back and the screen is back to normal. It’s happened with and without a monitor.
It feels like it’s happening when I right click or cascade a command from the main toolbar.

@john19 I’m afraid I need more info to be able to log this, as I cannot reproduce it here. See if you can find exact steps to reproduce it. Any additional info can be helpful, for example, if it happens on clicking specific toolbars

I also spent some time on macOS Ventura (13.5.2 in my case) today attempting to reproduce this and, unfortunately, was not able to.
Hi Dan, yes its not all the time its happened on other cammands when i use the icons which cascade into other commands.
Good to know! These “it happens sometimes” bugs are the hardest to track down and reproduce. It sounds like we have a pattern and a possible culprit, but no clear smoking-gun here. If you do find a way to make it happen reliably, please let us know.
Ive just bought rhino 8 on a MacBook Pro m1, I also get the black screen and have to click on the list of files to clear it.
Clicking on boolean seems to make it happen. Ive been told to reset my preferences and restart rhino. This hasn’t worked.
