Bugs on Sequoia

I have not found a way to reproduce these as they occur after using Rhino a while. However, after upgrading to Sequoia I have encountered:

  1. Rhino lockups after which KILL does not shutdown Rhino (clearly an OS bug).
  2. Rhino stops allowing layers to be renamed.

These seem to be related. when #2 happens, 1 happens as well

Hi John -
Please also provide your current Rhino SystemInfo data.

Let me know if there is something I should do when I get such a lock up. I have seen this when loading a file and the rename issue. It looks like a MAC OS bug.

Hi John -

Yes. When Rhino freezes, you can create a manual dump file and send that over so that we might be able to see where this is hanging. You’ll find instructions for doing so here: Manually Creating a Memory Dump (DMP File) from an Unresponsive Rhino for Mac [McNeel Wiki]

I just uploaded the file from the next one I encountered.
