Bug with the "Interior shapes" option of Blend surface

Not a big deal, but I noticed that sometimes turning on and off the “Interior shapes” option could lead to some funny results that look like a weird art for no obvious reason. Take this untrimmed surface, for example. Once I turn off and then on the “Interior shapes”, Blend surface creates some random shape consisting variable length of the additional inner handles. Moving the sliders seems to reset the shape and makes it smooth again. I have seen this on several occasions while adding Blend surface on untrimmed surfaces with totally even and parallel distribution of control points that are supposed to be treated by Blend surface tool in the same way along the entire edge. Any suggestions why is this happening?

Hm - no idea, I’ll try to reproduce it.
Yes, got it, thanks. It looks like interior shapes do not rremember their state or pay attention to the sliders when toggled.

Thank you for adding this in the pile, @pascal !

P.S. It’s so funny to use the English word “pile”, because the Bulgarian word “пиле” (transliterated as “pile” in Latin alphabet) means chicken. :innocent:
