[Bug] UserDictionary is cleared when deleting control points of a curve

I have a curve with values in the UserDictionary. Then the user deletes one or more control points of that curve. The Guid of the curve does not change, but the contents of its UserDictionary are not transferred - the new curve has an empty UserDictionary.

When using other commands, like Scale, Rotate, etc. the UserDictionary contents are preserved.
