Bug? Unpredictable line spacing for multi-line text fields

Problem: a multi-line user text is placed into a text object as a text field. The line spacing is unpredictable and is not fixed after re-starting rhino.

Example 1, missing space between lines:

@mcneelsoftware any thoughts on this? Just checked with new service release, and behavior is still the same.
