Bug: Type Conversion for Extrusion in Rhino 8

The implicit conversion of extrusion to plane is a bit confusing. Currently, it gives us the following output:

However, I expected it to give:

This might be the case for other extrusion conversions too.

This will be fixed on the next 8.16 RC.
