BUG: Transparent Hatches within blocks sometimes creates all sorts of funny business

Hi there! There’s quite a few weird things that happen when using transparent hatches within blocks. Sometimes the hatch dissapears, sometimes it messes with the display of other objects and sometimes it just plain doesn’t work. To reproduce:

1. Create a brep
2. Make into block
3. BlockEdit and create a hatch within the block on a layer with transparency

EDIT: Running bringtofront makes the hatch become visible.
