Does this work for you? Its a Box in Technical display mode. Trying to eliminate extra variables to understand what is going on in your file. Thanks

Thanks for reporting RH-86477, much easier to understand in a simple example.

i would like to ask you to assign major bug to this since it hinders my ability to produces pdfs. also hidden line settings dont seem to affect the linewidth so this fix is more broad.

Hi Ivan -

The Hidden line width (pixels) option seems to be capped to “3” but, other than that, the setting is used for the hidden lines in both the display and in vector printing.
