make a cube, turn off skylight, use ground plane or use a surface, switch to raytraced, the light seems to come from somewhere else, an elongated stripe is cast over the entire scene, the shadows looks normal though
Hrm, this is probably the parallel reflected code messing the spot lights. Just need to figure out how the spotlight is different from all the other light sources which work just fine with the parallel reflection code in place.
Addendum: I have fixed the issue, it should be available in the next 8.14 SRC.
