During ShrinkWrap operation the rotation center changes from object to i don’t know what, far away from the center. Which makes it difficult to rotate and evaluate the procedure. Thanks.

In a quick test here, that’s not something I can reproduce.
Can you provide more information, and, perhaps, a 3dm file that shows this behavior?
