BUG: Scale on Layouts

Easy to reproduce for me:

  1. Create a new layout with a detail.
  2. While, in the detail, select whatever to put into the detail.
  3. Zoom Selected.
  4. In Scale>Model enter some value.
  5. Click on LOCKED.

The scale does not change in the detail but the displaced Scale>Model value is whatever you put in there.

Hello - I am not seeing this so far - but I may be doing it wrong - nothing happens at all if I type a value without Enter then click in Locked, and if I do provide Enter then it all works as I think I expect - the value changes, the view changes accordingly and it is locked

If hit after typing in the scale, all works. If you just type the scale and immediately click LOCKED, then it does not.
