Bug: Rhino 8 failed to save file / temporary file could not be renamed

Hi,
I have a problem with file saving/resaving in Rhino 8 (commercial license).
The same files in the same location can be saved in Rhino 7 without any problems.

Hello- is that location on a network? Looks like it… Can you please run SystemInfo in V7 and in V8 and post the results?

@user1499 can you please look in Options > Advanced > FileSettings > WriteLocalTempFile on both - are these set the same?

Thank you for your response.

Rhino.Options.FileSettings.WriteLocalTempFileWhenSaving was set to ‘True’ in R8 by default.
Changing to ‘False’ solved the problem!
