Bug reports - solid inclusion tree lost - nested grouping misbehavior

Hi all!
I’m reporting 2 bugs at once, I hope it is not a problem if on the same post.
(…there is a better “more official” way to report bugs?)

1-
Brep and mesh inclusion components sometime lose the original tree structure:

solid_inclusion_tree_bug.gh (30.1 KB)

2-
Doing some “nested grouping”… if you bake the output the “group order” is inverted… like the last group made have “lesser priority” than the older ones (inside of it)…
Just try bake this: nested_groups_bug.gh (9.1 KB) and on rhino select, ungroup, select something…
