[Bug Report] Selection info different between command line and object properties

It is happening with this object only, it was open because of microedges, it got closed using the RemoveAllNakedMicroEdges command.

my version is 7.5.21100.3001

Check to see if there are any non-manifold edges. If there are, Properties will report the object as open.

It was reporting no non-manifold edges too.

I managed to find and fix it doing these steps:

Mesh
ShowEdges of The Mesh
Export the surface connected to the region where the naked mesh edge
remake the surface and rejoin.

Is there a way that I can send it to you without posting it publicly?
