[Bug?] "Read File" component doesn't work on Mac

Tracking the same problem here:

CSV File can't be read by GH in file path

Still suffering from the same issue in 7.7.21160.05002, 2021-06-09. Has anyone found a resolution beyond the Python block from (Read File component is not working - #13 by diff-arch). [Screen Shot 2021-07-23 at 11.15.10 AM]

Seems to be an issue with VB (getting a VBNC_CRASH error in console that keeps the parser from compiling/loading).
