Bug? Property Material not showing on 2nd monitor

Rhino is on the main monitor and Property window is on 2nd monitor. Properties-Material won’t show the list of materials. When clicking the down arrow, nothing happens. I have to move the property window to the main monitor, then it will show the list of materials.

The separate Materials window doesn’t have the same problem. Is this a bug? Or there’s hopefully something I’m missing, and it can be fixed?

Hello - please run 'SystemInfo` in Rhino and post the results.
So far this seems to work as expected, here.

Hello - does it make any difference if you disable Enscape in Options > Plug-ins page, and then restart Rhino?

Not sure if it was RDP issue? It’s working fine now that I use VPN.
