BUG: panel scrolling stopped working

Not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this:

Mouse-wheel scrolling appears to have stopped working for me in all panels (object properties, display, layers, etc) after service release 8 SR18 (8.18.25100.11001). I can still scroll with gesture controls on my touchpad. Mouse-wheel works as expected in other areas of rhino (zooming in/out, etc) and in all other applications.

Running Rhino 8 on Windows 11

Update: On the surface this seems to be related to how Rhino switches focus from one winow/panel/viewport to another - if I click on an editable field within a panel, focus is switched to that panel and scrolling works again. If I click anywhere else in the panel nothing happens - scrolling remains disabled. Seems odd. Don’t remember it working like that in the past but maybe I’m wrong.
