Pop out on the boolean button does not show options see video

What happens if you run the Reset command and reset to factory defaults? Feel free to click the “Save Settings for Support…” to backup your customizations (if any).

Does the issue go away?

If the issue persists, another thing to try is resetting to the Default Window Layout. Go to Window > Window Layouts… > Default Window Layout:
