Bug Make2D Nested Blocks Text with Text Field Formula

@dale @rajaa Please see the attached file. For text field (%<UserText(“block”,“GridAxisName”,“Enter grid axis name”,“A”)>%) Make2D outputs the attribute user text key instead of it’s value.
