Bug - LinearDimension vanishes when RadialDim model scale is updated

Hi,

A small glitch on dimension display.
Only changing the model scale of one of them I woudl expect the other one to remain visible and unchanged.

@Japhy this is also happening in 7, I changed back the category to Rhino :slight_smile:
