Bug: Layer drop down doesn't reflect sub/super layers

#1

Build #493
OS: 10.9.1

Not sure if this is really a bug or an improvement.

In the Object Properties panel, the drop down presented to allow users to change the object layer doesn’t reflect the parent/child nature of layers/sublayers. This can be a bit confusing if you happen to have layers in “groups” which have the same/similar names.

In the image below, the top part is the layers panel. The lower part is an open drop down of the layers, in the object properties panel.

Hi Ptomli- that looks like something that should be tuned up- the Windows version shows the hierarchy in Properties, and that does make more sense- thanks.

These are not available to the public yet…

Thanks. I notice that the same issue affects the SelLayer dialog. I presume it’s fairly consistent across the layer selection UIs, and your ticket reflects this, so I don’t need to point out each specific instance I find this in? I don’t mind either way, but don’t want to contribute unnecessary noise
