Rhino V5 does import correctly any dgn file text to the correct scaling.
Rhino v6 does not.
All text become hugely over scaled and stacked on top of each other.
The problem still occurs with the last May 30th wip

@piem I’m not sure if you’ve sent in a file already but could you if not? You can email tech@mcneel.com or private message me here on the forum to provide the file. I want to make sure a simple test case is logged, so if you can also provide a screenshot of how the text ought to look, that would be great, thanks.
Thanks for the file and details via private message. I filed this as confidential bug report RH-39808 for future reference.
RH-39808 is fixed in the latest WIP
