I had a problem when I tried the sub D drop down menu. The screen froze and would flash every few seconds. I eventually had to call up the widows task manager and forcequit.
Sorry, that’s not enough description to reproduce the bug so we can fix it.
I’ve been clicking on my SubD pull down and it works fine.
If you open the Notifications Panel, does it suggest a d display driver update or two?
I don’t know for sure that’s the problem, but it could be.

It’s looking like my video card may have needed updating.
