Bug in GH for matching data

grasshopper
unhandled

Hi All,
Please see attached GH file. I use Rhino 5 and GH 0.9. Is this behaviour of the plugin a bug? I am using this component quite a bit and now I find it because of some reason, it can not do the job.

That seems to be behaving exactly as it’s supposed to according to longest-list matching rules - i.e. all the values in the right panel after index 10 are being matched with the last element of the left panel {7.5, 10.0, 0.0}.

If you’re trying to match any possible values in the 1st list, I think the simplest way is to graft the text input and combine the results (using Mass Addition + cast to Boolean as multiple OR gate):

You could also use set components for that sort of matching.

Many thanks for your quick reply. I do not know why I was under an impression that it should match every member in set A with every member in set B. As per David R message (below) set is also an alternative option.
