I noticed that hover messages on inputs and outputs are slow and appearance is inconsistent.

It’s not because this happens to be a node that has 379ms compute time or some other background compute. It happens at other nodes as well. I have fast PC, so I wonder if it’s me or rhino/gh related? Never had it in R7, only R8. I have latest update.
Also happens on Error messages. When I first hover I see this, and after couple of click only then real notice appears
same for menu’s. First blank (at random, not always the same, and sometime they do appear)
