Bug: Floating panels top of save as window

Hi, I just noticed that the save as window opens behind the floating panels. Screenshot as an example:

macOS native floating panels, like Colors or Fonts, behave exactly like floating panels in Rhino, so this is not a Rhino-specific problem as I suspected.
