[BUG] - Double-clicking the 'Layer' column head broken?

I noticed this for the first time with the WIP release before the most current, and it still persists in the latest release (9.0.26258.12303).

I name layers a specific way and double-click the Layer header to force a re-sorting of the layers. This way of arranging and sorting layers no longer works for me. I double-click the layer header and nothing happens to the layer sorting.

I thought maybe there was an option hidden somewhere that allows me to toggle this functionality, but after searching through various menus and settings I did not see a way to turn the double-click sorting on or off. Not sure if this is by design now, or if it is a bug. I can still manually sort layers using the arrow buttons.

Not a show-stopper, but definitely a bit of a frustration.
