[BUG] Collapsed sidebar cog options defocus Rhino

If I collapse a sidebar and use the Cog menu, hovering over a “new toolbar” button, defocusses Rhino.


This does not happen when the sidebars are expanded.

This is on Windows 10.0.19045, Rhino 8.0.23052.12305, 2023-02-21.
