[bug] Cloud License login fails

Check out the license in Rhino.

  1. Install Mullvad Browser at (https://mullvad.net/).

  2. Default browser set to Mullvad browser on OS

  3. Log in to RhinoAccount via the Rhino application.

  4. The default browser opens but can’t verify.

Alternatively, copying the URL provided in Rhino on another browser works.

How can’t it verify? Does the browser give any errors?

If you’re having Tor enabled I could see why this doesn’t work. I don’t think there is currently any incentive to support Tor onion routing.

@wim, I’ve noticed that you’re showing ‘love’ to others by testing files and so on, but do you know if this is a bug or not?

Silicon Valley is not a popular circle in terms of ethics, morality, and technology; thus, products like MullVad will be popular for upcoming Gens that are conscious about many things. You never know that MullVad users are also Rhino users.

In addition, not correcting a mistake is also a mistake.

They have a to-do list that’s 5 figures long before it gets down to “cloud license login fails on browser less popular than Opera that may not even be designed to allow it to work.” It seems like you’re just trying to pitch this obscure browser, which no one who is not an “IT enthusiast” who thinks paying for software should be illegal will be interested in. There is no obligation to support every browser in existence, this is not a “bug.”
