BUG: Clipping plane hatches and section styles from worksessions

I’ve noticed that clipping plane hatches (as well as hatches in clipping drawings) from objects in referenced files behave abnormally after the first change of the section style — specifically when those objects are on layers with an applied section style. It sounds complex, so I recorded a short video:

File Explorer - 25026_01_Test3 - File Explorer - 26 February 2025 - Watch Video

the video in a nutshell:

  • Create file A
  • Create two boxes on two separate layers
  • Apply a section style to both layers
  • Create file B
  • Reference file A into B via worksession
  • Add vertical clipping plane in file b, cutting through objects of file A
  • Section hatch appearing as expected
  • Change section styles of layers in fila A
  • Save file A
  • Update file A in worksession from file B
  • Section hatch goes weird

Fixing this bug would mean the world to me and my team, as it’s the only thing preventing us from fully separating 3D models and 2D drawings in larger architectural projects. Thanks for looking into this, @wim, @rajaa.
