Steps to reproduce:

  1. create rectangle
  2. Run area command
    Result - unable to calculate area

Hi -

This is a known issue (RH-68376) that is fixed in the in-house versions of 7.18. A new public release candidate of 7.18 should become available within the next 24 hours.
