Bug - after crash or 8.9 update no Grasshopper.dll

While working in 8.8 gh sufferted unexpected behavior when I tried to change the color of a group, as i had done millions times before. The Canvas turned to the color of the group and all nodes where missing.

Now when I try to load grasshopper, it cannot find the plugin … it is no longer in C:\Program Files\Rhino 8\Plug-ins\Grasshopper for some reason. An no, I didn’t delete it by accident, i’ve looked in Trash bin.

hi @crz_06 I’d first like to try if a repair of Rhino helps:
Add or remove programs > Rhino > Modify > Repair

I ask a friend for a Grasshopper.dll and placed it at the location, and now it work … no clue why it happended

ok, glad you sorted it.
FYI for future issues: Repair is often a better way to fix things than reinstall.
