Broke my RhinoV5 cd is this file enough?

Hi,
Oops CD broke, said rhino v5 on it.
I see I have a folder called V5 and in it is rh50_en-us_5.9.40609.20145.exe 461,228kb

Is this enough to install V5 should I need to or is there a more up to date V5 to download and save to folder and CD ? Yes I know of V6 but havent explored costs etc, and I never dive for a new version,let the bugs get ironed out first. I run V5 on win xp laptop and would at least like to have something I paid intact and still available to me saved permanently on something that isnt now in two bits ! )

I recently reinstalled V5 and did not use the CD. I downloaded the most recent version of V5 from the McNeel website. I did need the V5 LIcense Key which was in the original CD case.
