I draw a Brepbox in Rhino that has an ID in the document. Then I create a block with the box. The block also has its own ID. Is there a solution for finding a relationship between the drawn box and the box in the block in Rhinocommon (Python)? Since when I dissolve the block that has the ID of the Brepbox again, I no longer inserted blocks.

Sorry, no. The objects you select to be part of an instance definition are copied and added to the document as instance definition geometry. When they are copied, they are given a different, unique id.
If you need to find your object inside of an instance definition, then you might consider attached some user data, or user text, to the object before creating the instance definition.
