Hi Dennis - Gumball ‘resets’ after deselection for multiple selections (including groups, which are multiple selections), it should stay put for single selections.

Which is good, because this means the Gumball actually can represent the local coordinate system for an object. Being able to refer to that coord system (in BoxEdit) is something any 3D application I came across can. Rhino could, too.
Thanks. Seems that groups were the problem. It would be nice if it could retain it’s reassignment on groups as well.
