Box edit. Why can you only edit uniform from X axis?

What’s the logic behind that you can only scale from X when sizing Uniformly in Boxedit?


None. Which is why you can use X, Y or Z - the option is set further down the dialogue box. Note that you have to select one of the Uniform tick boxes before you can change the options:

Thanks for that! Very helpful!! Never noticed that
Not sure form a UI we need this option in the options dialogue box. Why not have all X Y & Z always available on never gray out.
That’s how Adobe does it a swell.
