Box edit not accepting input properly

In Rhino 6 WIP, I’m finding that box edit only seems to hold whole numbers for change increments. Model precision is set to .0001. Is it broken or is it me? I use it a lot in some of the work I do so a repair or insight into the problem would be appreciated.

It seems to be broken. Regardless what the Increment is set to, the up and down arrows will always change the value with 1.
