Why does {nonmanfold} lines cause the Boolean function to fail? I want to form one object with three bricks with there faces and edges filleted. This will cause each matting face to form three matting surfaces.
I have tried to mesh the bricks but only the faces touching with different fillets will form one object and doesn’t seam to eliminate point storage requirements.
Boolean operations need a way to differentiate inside from outside - If there are non-manifold edges in the area of the boolean’s intersections/trims etc, then Rhino cannot tell what is inside and what is outside- the concept does not apply very well to non-manifold objects.

Pascal thank you. Now I will try some form of wire cutting blocks and putting them together.
