Rhino 4.0 SR9
In the 3dm-file attached:
I try to subract (Boolean difference) the red pins to make holes in an injector plate. As you can see, it worked for 68 pins.
However, the last five pins give the message “Boolean difference failed”.
I tried to sink the pins a little deeper into the plate, and I tried to rotate them. No luck.
I very much appriciate any hint to solve the problem.

Hi,
Explode the main body and boolean all the Blue tubes together solves the problem.
Thank you very much for your answer.
When I try to boolean the tubes, I get the message that the objects do not intersect.
I wonder why I could BooleanDifference the first 68 pins, but not the last five?
Do you use “Join” to put the whole thing together after the BooeleanDiffernce?
Hi,
I used boolean 2 objects to piece together the blue tubes. I takes a little longer but it works.
