Hello, I’m trying to execute a Boolean Difference, but it fails. Any idea what’s going wrong?

you joined the surfaces having one surface in between, i am not sure why it does not detect as non manifold but they must go.
what you can do here is delete the entire part marked here, also delete the ones on the bottom with sub selection ctrl shift then window select over it and hit delete. explode the entire geometry and simply rejoin, boolean difference then works, though it will complain about tolerance issues but it will work.
