What is the error message you’re getting on each start up?
I can see that you’re using the Evaluation version of Rhino. Are you using the Evaluation version also of Bongo?
The Bongo Evaluation version will tell you each time how many days it has left but it shouldn’t ask for the license key every time.

license validation, I have uploaded a screenshot
this happened in the least 2 service release of rhino 7.9

Have you validated your Bongo license? The license validation reminder should go away as soon as you have validated your license.

yup ,I have with evaluation license and after evaluation and closing rhino file and opening new one I get the validation again …It’s very annoying to validate it each time @marika_almgren

Hi,

Open File Explorer and paste %appdata%\mcneel\Rhinoceros\6.0\License Manager\licenses in the address bar

You should see a file called 1ABD5EFC-2C65-11D7-B6F7-0050BABF6BC2.lic. Right click it and choose Properties, then go to the Security tab and ensure you have Read and Write permissions.

If not, edit the permissions and run Rhino again to see if the license sticks. If this still fails try deleting the file and running Rhino again. If you’re still having issues let us know.
