Blocks and dimensions bug

Hello,

I just noticed a bug with blocks and dimensions:
Image 1 is my diameter dimensions ( made outside the block) as I placed them.

image 2 is the result after getting in and out of the block: all diameter dimensions move by themselves to the outline of the block:
